Where do you want to be in 15 years?

Any one?

Me? In a house, maybe another kid, working as a comic artist. Course this makes a lot of assumptions, not least of which is that comics as we know it will still exist.

How do I get from here to there? The home life is all going as planned, the drawing … not so much. I flit between intensely interested in nothing but drawing to holding drawing and my ability in complete disdain. I’ve battled with this demon for years (just trawl through the archive).

I hope I’m on trajectory towards a full time career as an artist but it’s a damn slow trajectory.

  1. Hello! I found your site by looking for people who play warhammer and your name came up.

Anyway, where would i like to be in 15yrs huh? Well, i like to have started a family by then as i would be close to 40, and i’d like to have a job that involves working with animals. Of course owning a house would be a plus and i’ve almost finished paying off my car so that ones covered at the moment.

  2. Oh jesus: have you been drinking whiskey by any chance? Don’t go pulling a Wally Wood/Jack Cole on us, now.

Married to the beautiful daughter of a rich vineyard owner in New Zealand. Two daughters, a cat and a dog. Playing a 1958 Gibson Les Paul through a 1962 Marshall Bluesbreaker. Riding a 2006 Triumph Bonneville Scrambler.

Or living in a 100 yard radius of my place of work and a kick-ass pub would be pretty cool, too.
