Build your own fonts!


Wow, that’s pretty cool. You print out a template, write your letters into it – upload it (I scanned at about 200dpi b&w – lineart) and then uploaded and in about 20seconds you can download a font. Home made fonts scale up quiet badly, but they’re fine at about 12 point (or, rather, at 18 point they look like 12 point which is ok). Bigger than that then they tend to start looking wobbly. Plus the kerning is automatic, so some letters look bad together (for example VA).
